Police are investigating a crash on a busy main road this morning.

Officers were called shortly after 5.30am to reports of a collision between a car and a cyclist in Hall Road, Northfleet .

Police say the cyclist left the scene, between Springhead Road and Earl Road, before they arrived.

No serious injuries have been reported and enquiries are ongoing.
