Pooches competed to become top dog at an annual charity show.

The Scruffs Companion Dog Show took place at the EllenorLions Hospice in Coldharbour Road, Northfleet, on Sunday (May 20).

The event in aid of the Messenger’s charity of the year, also included categories for both adult and child dog handlers, such as Best Puppy, Best Looking, Best Veteran, Waggiest Tail, Best Trained, and many more.
