Suspected drug dealer charged after police stop BMW in Wrotham Road, Gravesend

A suspected drug dealer is due in court after police stopped a car.

Police pulled over a BMW in Wrotham Road, Gravesend on Wednesday afternoon.

Before the vehicle came to a stop, a yellow package was reported to have been thrown out of the window.

Officers searched the car in Zion Place and uncovered what crack cocaine and heroin.

Emmanuel Nkrumah-Buamsi, of London Road, Greenhithe, was charged with possessing both substances with intent to supply.

The 20-year-old was remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates' Court today.

He will next appear at Woolwich Crown Court on Monday, October 21.

He was detained in custody.
