HUNDREDS turned out to say a final farewell to pink princess Jamie-Leigh Harrington.

Brave 11-year-old Jamie-Leigh passed away at her home in The Fairway, Gravesend on Tuesday, September 2 after a courageous two year battle with a terminal disease - just days before she fulfilled a dream to go to Disneyland Paris with her parents Lisa and Jamie, and three siblings Sian, Rhea and Owen.

As a mark of respect mourners turned out to her funeral at Christ Church in Old Road East wearing pretty shades of pink.

The tiny child, who asked not to die in hospital, had also requested to have a white carriage pulled by white horses complete with pink feather plumes.
