Air ambulance called after crash in Station Road, Longfield

A man has been airlifted to hospital with "potentially serious injuries" following a crash.

Emergency services were called to Station Road, Longfield, at around 9.15am.

Paramedics treated the man at the scene, before he was taken to Kings College Hospital by air ambulance.

Kent Police spokesman Sally Smith said: "Police were called to Station Road, Longfield at 8.26am following a report of a road traffic collision.

"The road was closed at Station Road, at the junction with Oakwood Rise, and was reopened at 11.50am."
