A man has been charged following an incident where a burglar reportedly fled a house in Greenhithe after disturbing a two-year-old girl.

Brad Neville, 20, of Wodehouse Road, Dartford, was remanded in custody after appearing at Medway Magistrates’ Court last Thursday. He will next appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Thursday, February 15.

It follows the incident in Marston Court, Greenhithe at around 6.15am on Tuesday, January 2, which ended when the screaming girl startled the intruder.
