Man faces voyeurism charges

ACCUSED: Gordon Bracey is due to appear in court again on January 13

A 42-year-old man has appeared in court on six charges of voyeurism.

Gordon Bracey, of Crawley Court, West Street, Gravesend, also faces one charge of setting up equipment for the act.

Bracey was remanded on unconditional bail when he appeared at Dartford Magistrates' Court. The case was adjourned until January 13.

Each of the first six allegations are of recording another person doing a private act with the intention that he or a third person will obtain gratification by looking at the image.
