A man was taken to hospital after suffering a medical episode outside council offices in Gravesend.

Officers were called to Windmill Street at 2.20pm yesterday after reports of a medical incident.

The South East Coast Ambulance Service were also called and paramedics took the man to hospital.

A passer-by said the man was walking past the Gravesham Borough Council offices at the time.
