Police release image of man after reported rape in Gravesend

More than two months after a rape was reported police have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the attack.

The incident is reported to have happened at a premises in Garrick Street, Gravesend on Monday, September 23 between 3pm and 5pm.

Officers want to to speak to anyone who recognises the man in the picture.

Detective Sergeant Daniel Holdstock said: "We have progressed our investigation through multiple inquiries and forensic analysis and we are now in a position to release some CCTV images that we have obtained.

"We are asking for anyone with information to help us identify the man in the CCTV images to come forward as it is thought he may be able to assist us in our enquiries into this case."
