Police say two girls who went missing last week have been found.

The girls, Shayla Carter and Demilade Subair, aged 14 and 13, were reported missing from Gravesend.

They were last seen on Thursday and it was believed they were together in the Plumstead area.

Descriptions of both girls and what they were last wearing were released on Saturday as police appealed for information to help track them down.

A police spokesman said on Monday: "Please be aware that two teenage girls who were reported missing from Gravesend on March 5, 2020 have been safely located."
