Police were called to concerns for a distressed man last night.

Three police cars and a van were spotted in Ash Road, Longfield, at 10pm, opposite the off license.

Spokesman for Kent Police, James Walker, said: "Officers attended the scene and conducted an area search.

"The man was safely located and has been handed into the care of medical professionals."
