A 14-year-old who went missing from her home in Gravesend - prompting police to issue an appeal for information - has been found.

Before she went missing Shayla Mae Carter was last seen in the town yesterday (Friday), wearing a denim dress and carrying a black handbag.

It was thought the teen thought would be in the north Kent or south-east London areas.

The teen was also reported missing last week, but was later found.
