Police release CCTV after attempted robbery from bus driver in Barrack Row, Gravesend

A man who threatened and assaulted a bus driver is wanted by police.

Officers have released a CCTV image after a report of an attempted robbery in Gravesend.

It happened at around 2.10pm on February 2 in Barrack Row.

It is alleged the bus driver, who initially was stood outside the bus, was threatened by a man demanding he hand over some car keys.

This continued after the driver had got onto the bus where it is understood he was assaulted.

Following inquiries, including the review of CCTV footage, officers are now in a position to release an image of a man who may be able to help with the investigation.
