Three men from Gravesend charged with multiple offences

Three men have been charged with multiple offences in relation to a public order incident.

A car was reported stolen on Wednesday October 10 in Nansen Road, Gravesend.

Danny Jarvis, 27, of Waterdales, Northfleet, was charged a day later on Thursday, October 11, with one count of robbery, hijacking a car, assaulting an officer, driving without a license or insurance while disqualified, stealing from a car and failing to provide specimen for analysis.

John Jarvis, also 27, of Codrington Crescent, Gravesend, was charged with possessing a class B drug and abusive behaviour.

Edward Jarvis, 61, of Palmer Avenue, Gravesend, was also charged with threatening or abusive behaviour.

A 30-year-old man from Herne Bay was also arrested, but was bailed until Friday, November 2, pending further inquiries.

Danny Jarvis appeared before Medway Magistrates' Court on Friday, October 12, and was remanded to appear before Woolwich Crown Court on Friday, November 9.

John and Edward Jarvis were both released on bail to appear Medway Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, November 21.
