A woman has been taken to hospital following a crash.

Police officers were called to Rochester Road, Gravesend, to reports of an incident involving a pedestrian and a car.

The emergency services attended at around 2pm today (December 31) and the woman was taken to hospital.

No serious injuries are believed to have been reported.

The road is partially blocked in both directions between Dickens Road and Abbey Road.

Traffic is thought to be coping well.
