Former Gravesend & Northfleet star Jimmy Bullard has been left out of Fabio Capello's latest England squad.

Bullard was a surprise inclusion for the squad that beat Andorra 2-0 and Croatia 4-1 in World Cup qualifiers last month, but didn't make the substitutes bench for either game.

With Liverpool's Steven Gerrard back in the fold following injury, Bullard has been omitted for the squad to face Kazakhstan and Belarus.
