LIAM DAISH: "They have got some players with a lot of experience who have played at a higher level"

Gravesend & Northfleet v AFC Wimbledon

GRAVESEND & NORTHFLEET manager Liam Daish says the pressure will be on his players to make sure they progress into the third round of the FA Trophy.

Fleet play AFC Wimbledon in the second round at Stonebridge Road on Saturday with Daish calling on his side to maintain their recent form.

Gravesend go into the game on the back of three straight wins but the Fleet boss is refusing to underestimate the lower league opponents.

He said: "It’s going to be a tough game. They have got some players with a lot of experience who have played at a higher level.

"It is a one off cup game and the onus is on us. We’re the favourites."

Paul McCarthy will miss the game through suspension while Jon Keeling (hamstring) could be back in contention. Mark Ricketts (ankle) has still not returned to full fitness.
