Ebbsfleet have completed the signing of Febian Brandy after receiving international clearance for the striker.

The 28-year-old has been playing in Thailand but has returned to the UK with his family and is now set to boost the Fleet's attacking options in the National League.

Brandy's arrival follows the news that Darren McQueen is likely to miss the rest of the season with a knee injury.

Brandy started his career at Manchester United and had several loan spells away from Old Trafford, including one with Gillingham.

A full international for Saint Kitts & Nevis, Brandy also counts Notts County, Walsall, Sheffield United, Rotherham and Crewe among his former clubs.

He played for Panetolikos in Greece and his last English club was Rochdale in the 2014/15 season.

Ebbsfleet boss Daryl McMahon said: "Hes quick, got good control, he's a goal threat, he's a good dribbler, needs to get fitter but you can look at his history and see he's been a good player.

"He's a good age as well, 28, with something to prove."
