STEVE McKIMM: could be back in Fleet's starting line-up

GRAVESEND & Northfleet aim to stretch their five-match unbeaten record when they take-on former Nationwide Conference leaders Aldershot tonight at Stonebridge Road.

Manager Andy Ford has urged his players to forget the deep disappointment of conceding Saturday's last second equaliser in Saturday's 1-1 draw against Forest Green as they attempt to climb out of the bottom half of the table.

"What's past is past," said Ford. "We could get our biggest crowd of the season against Aldershot because they are so well supported away from home. There should be a good atmosphere in the ground and I'll be looking for the players to make make a positive response after what happened against Forest Green."

Steve McKimm, who was among Saturday's substitutes, could be restored to tonight's starting line-up against The Shots.
