UNSETTLED: Andy Drury

GRAVESEND have rejected a transfer request from unsettled midfielder Andy Drury who wants to leave before the transfer window closes at the end of next week.

The 21-year-old is being strongly linked with a move to League 2 leaders Barnet.

Their manager, Paul Fairclough, came to watch Drury at Grays, but left disappointed as he stayed on the bench during the 6-1 rout.

He made his first start in three games on Saturday which coincided with a first win of the season at Canvey.
