Daish is hoping not to lose any more players

MANAGER Liam Daish has admitted further injuries would leave Ebbsfleet United facing an early season injury crisis.

Gary MacDonald is expected to be out for at least three months after suffering an achilles tendon rupture in Fleet's opening game of the season.

And Fleet were dealt a further blow when Neil Barrett was stretchered off with an ankle injury during the 2-1 defeat to Salisbury City. He is also facing a spell on the sidelines.

Daish said: "If we lost any more players we would really be up the creek without a paddle."
