MYFOOTBALLCLUB members are going to the polls to decide whether or not Ebbsfleet players will be starting the 2008/2009 season wearing a kit manufactured by Nike.

Members have until February 12 to register their opinion on the sports giant's proposed business plan as well as make a choice of kit from three home and three away designs.

Nike's UK team sales manager Paul Gillespie said: "Towards the end of last year, a couple of MyFootballClub members approached us and we made direct contact with MyFC organisers offering to supply Ebbsfleet United with kit and other club merchandise for the 2008/2009 season.

"The club would outsource its retail merchandising operation to Nike, including all on-line sales, and in return the club would receive quarterly royalty payments against all sales made."

Members are also being asked to submit proposed candidates for the MyFC Trust Board elections as well as send in applications to become a new Ebbsfleet United chief executive.
