A TEENAGER from Herne Bay died in an accident on the Old Thanet Way near Whitstable yesterday evening.

The 18-year-old was driving a car that was involved in a collision with another vehicle just after 9pm between the Chestfield and Swalecliffe roundabouts.

Both drivers had to be cut free from their vehicles.
