Van driven at pedestrian in parking row

A van driver deliberately drove into another tradesman during a row over a parking space.

The incident happened when one man was stood in a parking space to reserve it for a van driven by his colleague.

However, the other van driver believed the space in Hythe High Street was his and so drove into the pedestrian.

This driver was then punched through his open window by the other two men.

The vans were from a scaffolding company and a satellite television and multi media firm.

All the men were white and aged between 40 and 50.

They were wearing jumpers and jeans and one had a baseball cap.
