Appointment strengthens links between organisations

CHARTERED accountant Jo Ostermeyer has joined the executive committee of the Kent branch of the Institute of Directors.

For the last two years, Ms Ostermeyer, 33, has been chairman of the Kent Association of Young Entrepreneurs (KAYE) and will form an important link between the two organisations in her new role.

The audit manager for Creaseys LLP in Tunbridge Wells said: "I am pleased to be getting more involved with the IoD in what is an exciting time with a new chairman."

IoD Kent Chairman Frazer Thompson said: "In the past IoD and KAYE have worked together closely and now with Jo on board the bond between the two can only be strengthened to the benefit of both organisations."
