Billy shares his business secrets

BUSINESSMAN Billy Hollis will be sharing some of the secrets of his success at a networking evening at the University of Kent in Canterbury.

He will be speaking on "how to get and keep a customer" on September 14 at 6.30pm, as part of the Institute of Directors' Kent Association of Young Entrepreneurs programme of events.

Dover-based Hollis Motors, established in 1964, is a family owned and run business which has won numerous awards for consistently maintaining high levels of customer care and satisfaction.

Mr Hollis will be sharing some of his knowledge and business experience of customer care and service.

KAYE is open to young people aged between 18 and 35 who are who are either entrepreneurs running their own company, young directors or professionals within a company or are seriously considering starting up in business.

The cost of the evening is £5 and light refreshments will be available. There will also be the opportunity to meet with other young business people.
