Collier Pickard, based in Sundridge near Sevenoaks, merges with Avrion to create customer relationship management consultancy with £3m annual turnover

Two customer relationship management consultancies have merged to create a business with annual revenues of £3m.

Collier Pickard, based in Sundridge near Sevenoaks, has joined with Hertfordshire firm Avrion to offer services from consultancy and implementation to development and support.

The new company will take on the Kent business’ brand identity.

Collier Pickard managing director Mike Collier said: “The merger of the two businesses creates a new force in customer relationship management (CRM) consultancy.

“Both Collier Pickard and Avrion have a proven track record of helping clients match an approach to CRM to their unique business requirements to help build a culture and ensure the long term success of the initiative.”

Avrion managing director Jon Wilkins – who will become commercial director of the new firm – said: “With our unparalleled expertise in CRM and our track record of excellence, Collier Pickard is on hand to assist all clients every step of the way – whether that is through the selection and implementation of a low cost solution, or the development and integration of a more complex requirement.”
