SUPPORT: David McCluskey

DAVID McCluskey brings experience of the UK, European and American markets to his role as Thanet Council’s new business support manager.

The job will include marketing the Kent Innovation Centre at Broadstairs, providing mentoring and hands-on support to companies already there and in the wider business community.

He will also work with key partners to develop and implement an Incubation Programme for ambitious entrepreneurs and start-up businesses throughout Thanet.

He said: "Every business starts with a good idea and if you stifle good ideas, then nothing will happen. We need to cultivate good ideas that help businesses to grow to their full potential.
