IT manager Peter Howey, looking less than dapper

SENIOR managers at a leading Tunbridge Wells financial company were ganged up on by staff and "gunged" during a charity event which raised £1,044 for the Jeans for Genes Appeal.

Votes were cast at Tunbridge Wells Equitable Friendly Society for the

manager staff would most like to see gunged at 10p a time.

Customer services manager Nigel Hayward came top of the poll and was duly despatched into a large tank.

Buckets of the stuff were then prepared and anyone who had attracted more than £50 worth of votes was put into the firing line. Among eight to qualify for a splattering was information technology systems manager Peter Howey.
