THOSE thinking about starting their own businesses can have free advice at Swanley Library and Advisory Centre.

The Enterprise Agency of North Kent will have an adviser available to give a confidential, independent opinion. The same service is available to anyone already running a business. Similar free services are provided at the North West Kent Council for Voluntary Service office in Dartford and at New Ash Green Village Association.
