One of the UK’s largest housebuilders is moving its regional headquarters to Kings Hill.

Bovis Homes, which employs more than 1,200 staff and has a revenue in excess of £1billion, is moving from New Ash Green near Brands Hatch.

Explained managing director for the south east region, Steve Jones: "We are excited to be moving to Kings Hill, which will put us in the heart of our operations and make travelling between our sales centres and regional offices easier.

"The staff are looking forward to working in contemporary, bright, open-plan offices and we believe will benefit from this modern work environment.

“It will also help with cross-departmental working, and will support good communications and team work. We also have connections with several of the other businesses already located at Kings Hill.”

Around 120 staff will be moving into the new office, which will become the headquarters for the housebuilder’s south east region and will also be home to some of the group functions including payroll, company secretariat and group technical.
