The way wearable technology is improving everyday health will be among the topics discussed at an event designed to increase happiness at work.

The Wellbeing Symposium will explore a wide-range of subjects affecting contentment as a community, an individual and as an employee.

The event features Paralympic legend Baroness Tanni-Grey Thompson and will be hosted by Sunday Times editorial director Eleanor Mills, one of Britain’s most high profile commentators.

Companies can learn about having a happy workforce at the Wellbeing Symposium

For the first time, the symposium exhibition will open free to the public from 1pm., featuring an interactive zone and eight free workshops.

Morning speakers also include Lord Hunt, the shadow health spokesperson and shadow deputy leader in the House of Lords, Ben McGannan from The Wellbeing People and Professor Clift from Canterbury Christ Church University.
