Kent move was the spur

THE launch of a Canterbury office has been identified as the main reason why the DTW public relations agency has made the Top 150 nationwide. The Canterbury branch, based in St George's Street, has helped boost DTW's national turnover to £1.6 million.

Canterbury account director Charlie Vavasour said: "We had an outstanding 2001 and we are delighted to have established ourselves in Kent, entering the county's Top 10 at number two."

New accounts include Cummins Power Generation, London Remade and Protocol Skills. Canterbury Capital of Culture and Cory Environmental have renewed contracts with the company. "I'm pleased to report a promising start to 2002 also with a number of large account gains," said Mr Vavasour.
