Lender and savings provider Kent Reliance has been named the best savings account provider for customer service in the latest Which? satisfaction survey.

The Chatham-based bank – a trading name of OneSavings Bank – was placed top above 42 other savings account firms, scoring 68%

The scores were generated by asking more than 6,300 people about their experiences with their account providers in August.

The survey asked the public questions based on overall customer satisfaction and the likelihood of recommending the provider to a friend.

More than 12,000 new customers have opened accounts with Kent Reliance this year.
