NORTHGATE Information Solutions is working with Swale council to implement a new service delivery system to residents. A successful bid to the Government's Invest to Save scheme resulted in funding of £650,0000 and a top-up of £200,000 from the council.

Northgate's contract will give residents a variety of ways to deal with their local authority, including Internet, phone and face-to-face. Northgate is based in Hemel Hempstead and has worked for a number of local authorities, including Halton, Cumbria, North Yorkshire and Shropshire.
