LEADING business guru and customer service expert Derek Williams will be leading a fast paced, lively and interactive seminar at the Spa Hotel, Tunbridge Wells, on Monday, October 27.

Drawing on his own experiences and research into the most successful British businesses, his messages are hard-hitting and inspirational.

Mr Williams demonstrates in practical ways how to combine service, marketing, organisation and management to achieve increased profits.

The seminar is organised by Business Link Kent, the county's independent business advice service.

Carole Black, events manager, said: "Derek speaks from the heart, with tremendous passion and energy, and is happy to put his money where his mouth is -- one of his own companies has won five national awards for customer service.

"He was also selected to advise BBC's Watchdog programme for its feature on the service customers could expect from London's retailers. As an international speaker, he has worked with many of the UK's bluechip businesses."

Mr Williams said: "The world has changed. No longer do the big eat the small. Now, the fast eat the slow. How can any business possibly keep up with ever demanding customers and employees and still make a profit?"

His "Answer To Every Business' Prayer!" seminar runs from 9.30am to 12.30pm. Tickets cost £37.50 + VAT per person. Call 01732 878555 or e-mail: events@businesslinkkent.com
