SPONSORS have offered extra money to finance more places on computer courses at Romney Resource Centre in Mountfield Road, New Romney.

The centre has been successful in finding cash for people aged 16 to 20 to take a free intermediate information technology course, integrated business technologies (IBT2 OCR RSA).

Now ten more places are to be provided, leading to a recognised qualification. The course will run for five weekdays from Friday, August 23, missing out Monday, August 26. To book a place, call Edna Delaney on 01979 367455.
