William Meeks, of Stickens Lane, was a director of construction firms, Taskforce Labour Hire and Premier Staff - both in London - and Aston Construction Services in Sittingbourne.

He was disqualified from being a company director for 10 years by the Insolvency Service in a hearing at the High Court in London. Fellow director Declan O'Hara, from London, was given an eight-year ban.

Taskforce Labour Hire was wound up with estimated debts of £341,241. Aston Construction Services and Premier Staff both went into voluntary liquidation with debts of £59,434 and £421,604 respectively.

A DIRECTOR of a management business that failed with total debts estimated at around £260,000 has pledged not to hold directorships or take part in company management for four years.
