Kent Reliance building society

Time is running out for members of Kent Reliance Building Society to vote by post on controversial plans to transform the society into a bank.

Voting forms sent to more than 110,000 members, must be received by midnight on November 16.

There is a similar deadline for members who vote online at https://voteonline.krbs.com . There is a final chance for members to vote by attending a special general meeting at The River Centre, Tonbridge, starting at 11am on Friday November 19.

For background on the proposal, which would create OneSavingsBank PLC and a Kent Reliance Provident Society - replacing the century-old building society - go to the link.
