KENT firm Brachers Solicitors has announced the appointment of three new partners, effective from May 1.

The promotion of Sarah Gaines in the commercial property team, Keith McAlister in the corporate finance team and commercial litigator Michael Oatham to the firm’s partnership will bring the total number of partners to 23.
