HEATED seats are probably not high on most drivers’ list of must-haves at the moment. But just wait, within a few months you'll be wishing for a warm bottom in the mornings. Or the evenings, for that matter.

Nissan's been thinking ahead and added a winter pack consisting of heated front seats and headlamp washers to its Terrano range-topping SVE model.

There are three Terrano SVEs available, all powered by the same 3.0-litre Di 1 56PS powerhouse: a short-wheelbase three-door priced at £21,795, the longer-wheelbase, seven seating, five-door for £24,395 or with automatic transmission at £25,395. All have a huge list of equipment.

And heated seats ... well, Nissan's offer a choice of toasty and toasting settings which are particularly pleasant when teamed with leather upholstery, as is standard on the Terrano SVE.
