Firefighters from Eastchurch managed to stop a fire from completely wrecking a limousine.

It was parked near Merlins entertainment complex in Leysdown in the early hours of Sunday.

Eastchurch and Sheppey firefighters were called to the scene at 2.42am and they were there for an hour.

An arson probe has been launched by police

Fire-resistent seats helped stop the fire from engulfing the white Chrysler limousine.
