TWO young boys have been charged with arson following a fire in the stairwell of a block of flats in Cliftonville, near Margate.

The children, aged 11 and 12, will appear before Thanet youth court on Wednesday, January 28.

The fire was reported at Percy Road, Cliftonville, at about 2am on Monday.
