A BOY who was attacked by teenagers in the street is being urged to come forward by detectives.

The youths are being questioned by police after the assault in King’s Avenue, Ramsgate, on Thursday, January 4.

Witnesses said they saw a Ford Ranger truck with four people in it stop in the road between 8pm and 8.30pm.

Some of the people inside got out and attacked a boy walking along the pavement. He disappeared before officers could speak to him and they are appealing for him to contact them.
