A bookie revealed today it has taken wagers worth a staggering £22.6million on the World Cup from punters in Kent alone.
Totesport said the biggest amount was taken in Medway where £4.29million has been put on the tournament.
Next up was Sevenoaks where £1.94million was taken, followed by Tunbridge Wells (£1.79million), Maidstone (£1.65million) and Dartford (£1.53million).
