A man's body has been found outside public lavatories in Sturry.

The discovery was made on Christmas Eve morning.

Police were called at 8am and sealed off the area and erected a tent over the body.

The lavatories are near the level crossing.

The crossing remains open but traffic is being diverted around the site.

One eye witness said: "When I arrived at work the crossing was open but I could see the tent near the lavatories.

"There are traffic delays because of the diversions."

Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious.
