Boiler problem shuts school

PUPILS have been sent home from a Kent school after a faulty boiler meant the premises had no heating or hot water.

Featherby Junior School, Gillingham, closed early for the Easter break after the boiler broke down in the early hours of this morning.

Emergency repairs are scheduled to take place over the Easter weekend.

Parents can check kmfm for updates on when the school will reopen.
