GOLD jewellery valued at £4,000 has been taken in a burglary at a house in Hollicondane Road, Ramsgate. The jewellery and £100 cash was taken on Saturday evening. The break in was discovered at about 1am on Sunday.

Police say intruders forced their way into the house through the front door.
