Can you solve mystery of man's broken jaw?

A 22-year-old man suffered a fractured jaw after being assaulted in the street in the early hours of the morning .

Detectives are appealing for information following the incident in Railway Street, Chatham, between 1am and 1.40am on Saturday, March 3.

Police officers had been alerted to a disturbance by CCTV operatives. When they arrived on the scene they discovered the injured man who could not remember what exactly had happened to him.

He was taken for special treatment to the East Grinstead Hospital in West Sussex.

Det Con Melanie Riddell, who is investigating the incident, said: "We are keen to speak with anyone who may be able to help us establish how this man came to receive such a painful injury."
