Cheap finance puts a spring in the Mazda range

New finance offers across the Mazda range could see buyers securing a brand new car with no deposit from £169 per month.

Customers buying a new Mazda 2, 3, 5 or MX-5 can take advantage of a PCP finance agreement at 0% interest over 42 months, and no customer deposit is necessary - although one can be applied if desired.

The same models also qualify for a deposit contribution from Mazda. The 2 attracts a £200 benefit, with the 3 automatically receiving £1,000 towards its cost, the MX-5 £2,131 and the Mazda 5 £2,500.

It means that as well as the 2 being available from £169 per month, the 3 hatchback costs from £249 per month, the MX-5 from £255 and the 5 people carrier from £295, when buying through the special PCP deal.

Under a PCP arrangement part of the value of the car is deferred until the end of the term, which makes monthly payments cheaper and gives the customer the option to either return the car at the end of the contract, use the equity built up in it to provide a deposit on another new car or to pay the final sum and keep the car.

Buyers should be aware that they do not own the car until the final balloon sum is paid, and if handing the car back at the end of the term may be instructed to pay for any significant damage or excess mileage.

The new Mazda 6 saloon and CX-5 compact SUV are also on offer, with 5.9% interest finance available with no deposit required on a 42-month PCP agreement. Regular hire-purchase agreements can be stretched over 60 months.

Mazda has 135 franchised dealers nationwide, and all can offer these spring-time deals.
